Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-driven environment
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor team members with maturity
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Coach, mentor, and develop partners to enhance their skills and promote growth
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, scheduling, and adherence to company standards
- Drive sales performance by fostering a sales-oriented environment and aligning team goals
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement initiatives and optimize store performance
