Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as required
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and mentor others with maturity
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience

- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills

- Lead and manage coffeehouse operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Coach and mentor team partners to develop their skills and professional growth
- Maintain strong organizational practices and problem-solving strategies to optimize store performance
- Drive sales and foster an entrepreneurial environment focused on achieving business objectives
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Lead with integrity and professionalism to inspire a culture of teamwork and respect
