Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented retail environment
- commitment to uphold Starbucks brand values and policies
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
- proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills
- professional maturity in managing teams
Job Duties
- lead and develop a team of baristas and shift supervisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety standards
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- drive sales initiatives and optimize store performance through effective merchandising and marketing strategies
- coach and mentor team members to enhance skills and career growth
- handle scheduling and labor management to ensure efficient operations
- maintain strong organizational and interpersonal communication with attention to problem-solving
