Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
  • proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills
  • professional maturity in managing teams

Job Duties

  • lead and develop a team of baristas and shift supervisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • drive sales initiatives and optimize store performance through effective merchandising and marketing strategies
  • coach and mentor team members to enhance skills and career growth
  • handle scheduling and labor management to ensure efficient operations
  • maintain strong organizational and interpersonal communication with attention to problem-solving
