Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • Proven leadership and team coaching abilities
  • Professional maturity and effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Maintain high standards of organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Oversee inventory management and control costs
