Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- Proven leadership and team coaching abilities
- Professional maturity and effective communication skills

- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage daily store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
