Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work in variable shifts exceeding 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- effective interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
Job Duties
- lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
- coach and mentor team partners with professionalism
- foster a sales-focused and customer-centric environment
- maintain high standards of quality and service
- create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and partners
- handle organizational and operational problem solving
- drive community engagement and connection within the coffeehouse
