Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • Ability to work full time, typically over 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Willingness to work variable hours as needed
  • Minimum education level of high school diploma or GED
  • Must have strong leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Experience in a sales focused environment with an entrepreneurial mentality
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage teams
