Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- Ability to work full time, typically over 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Willingness to work variable hours as needed
- Minimum education level of high school diploma or GED
- Must have strong leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Experience in a sales focused environment with an entrepreneurial mentality
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage teams
