Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • Proven leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Professional maturity and ability to mentor others

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage daily coffeehouse operations to meet business goals
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Coach and develop team partners with professional maturity
  • Implement sales initiatives with a focus on community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Monitor inventory and manage resources efficiently
