Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work regularly in excess of 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of u.s. military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • proven leadership abilities with experience coaching and mentoring team members

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor team partners to create a welcoming customer experience
  • manage daily coffeehouse operations and sales performance
  • develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
  • maintain high standards for product quality and customer service
  • foster a safe and inclusive workplace environment
  • oversee inventory management and cost control
