Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Minimum high school education or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or equivalent military service
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver excellent customer service
- Coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and store presentation
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Drive sales performance and meet financial objectives
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with district leadership to implement company initiatives
