Job Requirements
- legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments
- excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- professional maturity and the ability to foster a collaborative team culture
Job Duties
- lead daily store operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer service
- coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and foster a positive work environment
- manage inventory and supplies to support financial and operational goals
- create welcoming and inclusive customer experiences that build community
- maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- implement sales strategies and motivate the team to meet and exceed store goals
- handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and performance reviews
