Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to prove identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • availability for more than 40 hours per week
  • willingness to work variable hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • strong leadership and coaching capabilities

Job Duties

  • Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service
  • coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • maintain high standards of coffee craftsmanship and store operations
  • manage day-to-day store activities including scheduling and inventory
  • foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • drive sales initiatives and achieve store performance goals
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
