Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full-time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work more than 40 hours per week when required

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environments
- professional maturity and ability to manage a diverse team

Job Duties
- lead and manage store operations to ensure exceptional customer service

- maintain strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep the store running smoothly
