Job Requirements
- Legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility to work in the country
- Ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
