Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings evenings weekends and or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • proven leadership and coaching skills
  • professional maturity in managing teams

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily operations of the coffeehouse to ensure quality and service standards
  • develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
