Job Requirements

- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
- strong organizational skills

- professional maturity in managing teams
Job Duties
- lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage daily operations of the coffeehouse to ensure quality and service standards
- develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
