Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • Professional maturity and ability to mentor team partners

  • Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Drive sales and operational goals through entrepreneurial leadership
  • Solve organizational problems with effective decision-making
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations
