Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- availability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to commit to working in excess of 40 hours per week
- willingness to comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- commitment to uphold company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
- proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor professionally
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
- coach and mentor team partners to foster professional growth
- ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
- drive sales through effective team leadership and entrepreneurial focus
- maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment
- handle organizational and problem-solving tasks to optimize store performance
- oversee inventory and compliance with company standards
