Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including variable hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
- commitment to upholding company values and standards
- ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
- strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environment
- proven leadership skills and team mentoring capabilities
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations of the coffeehouse
- coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
- foster a warm, welcoming, and sales-focused environment
- ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
- develop organizational and problem-solving solutions
