Job Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants, bakery/cafe, or retail
- proven track record of leading teams and hitting sales and profit goals
- available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays
- energetic, positive, and obsessed with delivering amazing customer experiences
- strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- bi-lingual is a plus (English/Spanish)

Job Duties
- Leading, training, and developing a team of 20-40 crew members and shift leads
- driving sales, controlling costs, and hitting key performance metrics
- maintaining Crumbl’s high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service
- managing inventory, ordering, and weekly cookie production
- creating an upbeat, positive culture where people love coming to work
- ensuring compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations
- overseeing daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and customer experience
