Job Requirements
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to squat/kneel regularly during store resets
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid work authorization in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience preferably in fast fashion
- Proven track record leading diverse and high performing teams
- Strong acumen in analyzing and driving sales, stock, and service delivery
- Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead, manage, and develop store team members to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Drive a positive and inclusive store culture aligned with company vision and values
- Analyze sales, stock, and service delivery to optimize store performance
- Execute visual merchandising standards and retail merchandising practices
- Manage staffing schedules including flexible work hours to meet business needs
- Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the store
