Job Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Capability to squat, kneel, and use ladders or step stools safely
  • Experience in retail management with at least 3 years in fast fashion
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
  • 3+ years of retail management experience preferably in fast fashion
  • Proven track record leading diverse and high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and stock data
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual merchandising standards
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead, manage and develop store team members to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Drive a positive and inclusive store culture
  • Analyze and interpret sales, stock and service delivery data
  • Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Manage staffing schedules including flexible hours such as evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ensure long-term business growth in line with company vision and policies
  • Recognize and reward team performance through incentives and awards
