Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Capability to squat, kneel, and use ladders or step stools safely
- Experience in retail management with at least 3 years in fast fashion
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Job Qualifications
- Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
- 3+ years of retail management experience preferably in fast fashion
- Proven track record leading diverse and high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and stock data
- Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual merchandising standards
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead, manage and develop store team members to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Drive a positive and inclusive store culture
- Analyze and interpret sales, stock and service delivery data
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage staffing schedules including flexible hours such as evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ensure long-term business growth in line with company vision and policies
- Recognize and reward team performance through incentives and awards
