Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service

- Professional maturity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Coach, mentor, and develop team partners to achieve performance and growth goals
- Maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
- Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of business strategies
- Build a welcoming atmosphere where community members feel valued and connected
- Handle organizational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
