Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales focus
  • Professional maturity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure excellent customer experiences
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team partners to achieve performance and growth goals
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of business strategies
  • Build a welcoming atmosphere where community members feel valued and connected
  • Handle organizational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
  • Resolve employee and customer issues with professionalism and empathy
