Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to handle work that regularly exceeds 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure efficiency and quality

  • develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • coach team members in professional development and skill enhancement
  • handle scheduling and labor management including variable working hours
