Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • flexibility to handle over 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to coach and mentor team members with professional maturity

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of store partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, sales, and staffing
