Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand and be active for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties

  • Lead team members to deliver exceptional customer service and quality coffee experiences
  • coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • manage store operations including inventory and sales performance
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
  • develop strategies to achieve sales goals with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • resolve customer issues effectively and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • collaborate with management and partners to implement company initiatives
