Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- availability to work in excess of 40 hours per week as required

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations to meet sales and service goals
- coach, mentor, and develop team partners to cultivate a culture of excellence
- maintain high standards of product quality, customer service, and store cleanliness
- manage inventory, cash handling, and administrative tasks accurately
- foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and partners
- implement and reinforce safety and compliance standards
- analyze business metrics and generate reports to drive operational improvements
