Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work over 40 hours per week as required
  • Commitment to upholding Starbucks operational and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused experience
  • Professional maturity and ability to mentor team members

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team partners with professionalism and maturity
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment that encourages community connection
  • Oversee inventory management and sales performance to meet business goals
  • Implement and maintain operational standards and health and safety guidelines
  • Resolve customer issues effectively to promote customer satisfaction
  • Support recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality team members
