Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work over 40 hours per week as required
- Commitment to upholding Starbucks operational and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused experience
- Professional maturity and ability to mentor team members
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure exceptional customer service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team partners with professionalism and maturity
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment that encourages community connection
- Oversee inventory management and sales performance to meet business goals
- Implement and maintain operational standards and health and safety guidelines
- Resolve customer issues effectively to promote customer satisfaction
- Support recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality team members
