Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. military service
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Ability to coach and mentor partners
- Professional maturity and accountability
Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coach and mentor team partners to develop their skills and professional maturity
- Ensure adherence to Starbucks' quality and service standards
- Oversee daily operational activities including inventory, sales, and scheduling
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges
