Job Qualifications

  • minimum High School diploma or GED
  • three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years US military service

  • proven leadership and team coaching abilities
  • professional maturity in managing team dynamics

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire coffeehouse team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • mentor and coach partners to foster professional growth and teamwork
  • manage daily store operations including sales, inventory, and quality standards
  • maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects Starbucks culture
  • handle problem resolution promptly and effectively
  • oversee scheduling and labor management to meet business needs
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
