Job Qualifications

  • degree in business management, supply chain, wholesale management, or accounting/finance preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide a store culture focused on excellent customer service and support for outside sales calls
  • manage monthly profit and loss and assist in annual operating plan budgeting
  • implement and supervise inventory, cash, and loss prevention controls
  • monitor point of sale auto replenishment and provide feedback to IT
  • devise and execute marketing strategies and programs to improve sales
  • recruit, train, develop, and retain store staff
  • supervise daily store operations including scheduling and performance management
