Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application
- Ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Commitment to upholding Starbucks values and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments
- Professional maturity and ability to mentor others
- Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Coach, mentor, and develop team partners with professional maturity
- Drive sales and operational excellence through strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages community connection
- Implement problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and enhance team performance
- Maintain high standards of product quality and service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
