Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application
  • Ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week
  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Commitment to upholding Starbucks values and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments
  • Professional maturity and ability to mentor others
  • Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team partners with professional maturity
  • Drive sales and operational excellence through strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages community connection
  • Implement problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and enhance team performance
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
