Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work over 40 hours per week if necessary
  • Availability to work variable hours as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • Professional maturity in team management

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily coffeehouse operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team partners to achieve excellence in customer service
  • Manage inventory, financial controls, and sales targets
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Drive community engagement and create memorable customer experiences
  • Handle problem resolution and operational challenges effectively
