Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for legal employment in the country of application
- Ability to work full time including variable hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Willingness to meet physical and scheduling demands of the role
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and team coaching experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales
- Professional maturity and ability to manage a diverse team
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency
- Coach, mentor, and develop team partners to enhance performance and create a positive work environment
- Drive sales and achieve business objectives through effective leadership and operational strategies
- Maintain high standards of product quality, store cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that embodies Starbucks values and culture
- Manage inventory, labor, and operational costs to optimize store profitability
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first approach
