Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Job Duties
- lead and mentor team partners with professionalism and maturity
- manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- drive sales through an entrepreneurial and customer-focused approach
- organize and resolve operational challenges timely and effectively
- promote compliance with company policies and standards
- support partner development and growth through coaching and feedback
