Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including over 40 hours weekly
- willingness to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- proven leadership abilities with capacity to coach and mentor with professional maturity
Job Duties
- lead and inspire a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations including inventory and sales
- coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth
- maintain high standards of product quality and store presentation
- implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously
- ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
