Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including over 40 hours weekly
  • willingness to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • proven leadership abilities with capacity to coach and mentor with professional maturity

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory and sales
  • coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth
  • maintain high standards of product quality and store presentation
  • implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously
  • ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
