Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service

  • proven problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • professional maturity and effective communication skills
