Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week when required

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong leadership abilities with professional maturity
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments
- proficiency in coaching and mentoring team members
Job Duties
- Lead daily coffeehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance
- coach and mentor team partners to develop their skills and enhance workplace morale
- foster a warm, welcoming environment that emphasizes quality customer service and connection
- manage inventory, sales goals, and financial performance in alignment with company standards
- implement and uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the store
- resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
- collaborate with corporate and regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and promote community engagement
