Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings evenings weekends and or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor effectively
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales focused environment
  • excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • problem solving capabilities

  • lead and manage store operations to ensure optimal performance

  • develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
