Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-driven focus
  • Professional maturity and ability to mentor team members

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily operations of the coffeehouse including inventory and scheduling
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets
  • Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Address and resolve operational and customer-related issues promptly
  • Train new partners and support their professional development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
