Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-driven focus
- Professional maturity and ability to mentor team members
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily operations of the coffeehouse including inventory and scheduling
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Address and resolve operational and customer-related issues promptly
- Train new partners and support their professional development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
