Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the applied country
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week

- Availability to participate in training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a sales-focused environment with an entrepreneurial mentality

- Lead and mentor coffeehouse team partners with professional maturity
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment for customers
- Drive sales and business results through an entrepreneurial mindset
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and service quality
- Solve organizational and interpersonal challenges effectively
- Coach team members to develop their skills and careers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment regulations
