Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- Ability to handle variable work hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional maturity and problem-solving abilities

- Lead and mentor team partners to create positive customer experiences
- Manage day-to-day coffeehouse operations ensuring high-quality standards
