Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • Ability to handle variable work hours including weekends and holidays
  • Professional maturity and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor team partners to create positive customer experiences
  • Manage day-to-day coffeehouse operations ensuring high-quality standards
  • Drive sales and operational performance through effective team leadership
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor inventory and manage resources efficiently to meet business goals
  • Collaborate with corporate initiatives to uphold Starbucks' brand values
