Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- willingness to work regularly in excess of 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- proven leadership and coaching abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- lead and mentor store team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- oversee daily store operations ensuring quality and efficiency
