Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years US Military service
- Strong organizational skills

- Professional maturity and effective communication abilities
Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team to create a welcoming and engaging customer experience
- Coach and mentor team partners to develop their skills and professional growth
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and quality
- Drive sales and operational goals while maintaining high standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and financial targets
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture aligned with company values
