Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily coffeehouse operations ensuring quality and compliance
- Manage sales performance and drive business growth initiatives
- Develop and implement team training and development programs
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
- Handle operational issues and problem solve efficiently
- Coordinate scheduling and labor management
