Job Requirements

  • legal documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4 plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • lead the daily operations of the coffeehouse
  • manage and mentor team members with professional maturity
  • ensure delivery of high-quality products and service
