Job Requirements
- legal documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4 plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
Job Duties
- lead the daily operations of the coffeehouse
- manage and mentor team members with professional maturity
- ensure delivery of high-quality products and service
- foster a positive and inclusive store environment
- maintain store performance and sales metrics

- manage variable work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
