Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to verify identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment
  • Professional maturity and the ability to mentor others

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations of the coffeehouse to ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Coach and mentor team partners to foster professional growth
  • Drive sales initiatives through an entrepreneurial and customer-focused approach
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial aspects of the store
  • Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
  • Resolve operational issues promptly with problem-solving skills
  • Uphold Starbucks brand standards and promote community engagement
