Job Requirements
- Legal documentation to verify identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a sales-driven environment
- Professional maturity and the ability to mentor others
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations of the coffeehouse to ensure high-quality customer experience
- Coach and mentor team partners to foster professional growth
- Drive sales initiatives through an entrepreneurial and customer-focused approach
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial aspects of the store
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
- Resolve operational issues promptly with problem-solving skills
- Uphold Starbucks brand standards and promote community engagement
