- Minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably in luxury brands
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English
