Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team partners to achieve performance goals
  • Maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service
  • Implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
