Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Demonstrated creative thinking abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store business performance results
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the application of the Five Below service model
  • Anticipate the needs of the customer and create an amazing store environment
  • Lead execution and maintenance of all company merchandising and operational standards
  • Hire and engage talented employees to be in the right place at the right time
  • Foster a culture that values and appreciates inclusion and diversity
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to inspire accountability
  • Partner with District Manager and Human Resources for employee relations
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers and crew
  • Manage payroll budgets and crew schedules balancing financial and customer needs
  • Ensure proper execution of financial management and company policies
  • Oversee receiving and stocking procedures
  • Execute physical inventory and data integrity compliance
  • Monitor merchandise flow and sell through
  • Perform store maintenance and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Review corporate communications and prioritize plans
  • Achieve results adhering to company policies and laws
