Job Requirements

  • No formal education required
  • Two plus years of management experience in restaurant setting
  • Ability to work full-time including weekends, holidays, and other shifts
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using POS and reservation systems
  • Passion for food and hospitality
  • Availability to work on-site in Sea Cliff

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and inspire front-of-house staff
  • Foster a culture of accountability, warmth, and professional growth
  • Oversee daily shifts to ensure seamless service
  • Manage scheduling, floor assignments, and guest flow
  • Monitor labor costs and inventory
  • Work with the culinary team to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with health department standards and safety regulations
