Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- Two plus years of management experience in restaurant setting
- Ability to work full-time including weekends, holidays, and other shifts
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using POS and reservation systems
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Availability to work on-site in Sea Cliff

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and inspire front-of-house staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, warmth, and professional growth
- Oversee daily shifts to ensure seamless service
- Manage scheduling, floor assignments, and guest flow
- Monitor labor costs and inventory
- Work with the culinary team to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest experience
- Ensure compliance with health department standards and safety regulations
