- proven leadership experience in retail or food service
- valid food handler's card within 30 days of hire
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- ability to lift reach and carry items required for daily operations
- legal authorization to work in the united states

- high school diploma or equivalent required management coursework or certification preferred

Job Duties
- oversee all daily store operations including inventory control and daily bank deposits
- hire train and develop team members while ensuring high performance and accountability
- provide ongoing coaching support and feedback to build a motivated customer-focused team
- maintain open communication with hr regarding employee relations performance and payroll
- manage scheduling timecards and attendance for a team of 10-15 employees
- ensure adherence to company policies food safety and operational standards
- monitor sales control costs and implement strategies to optimize store profitability
- lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere
- attend required meetings and contribute to operational improvements and company initiatives
- perform other duties as assigned to support business goals
